Because our services are digital in nature, we do not ship or deliver any physical goods. Please review our fulfillment policies below regarding service delivery, refunds, cancellations, and client support.
1. Refund Policy
Signal AEO services are customized, performance-oriented, and initiated promptly after purchase. Refunds are governed by the following terms:
A full refund will be issued only if Signal AEO fails to initiate any campaign activity or deliver any work within 30 days of confirmed payment.
Once any campaign activity has begun—including but not limited to onboarding, research, audits, entity mapping, authority analysis, content alignment, platform configuration, or reporting—all fees become non-refundable.
For recurring subscription plans, cancellations must be completed before the next billing cycle. No refunds or credits are issued for unused time, partial periods, or early termination.
2. Service Delivery Policy
All Signal AEO services are delivered digitally.
Fulfillment Process:
Onboarding begins within 2–3 business days of purchase.
Clients receive a welcome email with secure access instructions and an onboarding form to collect business details, objectives, and target markets.
Service progress is communicated through reports, dashboards, email updates, or scheduled review calls, depending on plan level.
No physical goods are shipped. No shipping or handling fees apply.
3. Return Policy
Because all Signal AEO services are digital and customized, returns are not accepted.
If you identify an issue with a report or deliverable:
Notify Signal AEO within 7 days of receipt.
We will review the concern and, where appropriate, make reasonable revisions or corrections to address errors or omissions.
This review process does not constitute a refund or service reversal.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time via:

Written notice to contact@signalaeo.com
Cancellation Terms:
Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before the next billing date to prevent renewal.
Services remain active through the end of the current billing cycle.
No prorated refunds or credits are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.
