How does the billing actually trigger?
Three reproducible measurements within a 7-day window. We run your 10 locked queries every 6 hours on real consumer devices. When your business is named by name in ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Gemini in at least 3 of those runs within a week, we email you the evidence — transcript, screenshot, timestamp, device fingerprint. You get 7 days to verify or dispute. After that, a 14-day billing notice. The first $497 charges 14 days after the notice. Two safety windows totaling 21 days before any charge.
What if I disagree with your evidence?
Click 'Dispute' in your dashboard. We re-run the same query on a separate device fleet within 2 business days. If the citation reproduces, the dispute is denied and billing proceeds.
